The Hedman Performance Group had a busy booth this year at the 2016 SEMA Show. Aside from the displays filled with awesome new parts, one of the biggest reasons for the popularity was the unveiling of the PCHRODS “50/50” Camaro built by Rob Phillips. We also debuted lots of new parts that help make your ride faster and perform better. CW Restoration Shop has a second vehicle it is bringing out to the 2013 SEMA Show – a 1957 Chevy Cameo pickup. This pickup hosts a number of upgrades from the Hedman Performance Group on its small block powerplant including a set of Hedman Hedders, Hamburger’s Performance Valve Covers, and a Trans Dapt dipstick. Emphasizing the smallest of details is what this truck is all about. Looking at the finish of the wood in the bed, the trim and gauges on the dash, and colored accenting throughout shows the kind of attention to detail that this world class builder put into this project.
This beautiful Cameo will be on display in the Griffin Thermal Products booth (#24935) of the SEMA Show in the Central Hall, so make sure you stop by and check it out. For more pictures of the build, check out the gallery below or head on over to CW Restoration Shop’s Facebook.

Though the field was packed with seasoned veterans like Mike Nordahl (who won 3 Wallys in a single event last year), Ron De Hoop, Steve Cox, and Frank Coscarelli, stiff competition and some very determined racers would see many of these icons fall.
